Update GMLC User Guide #52

This document needs to be completely refactored.

http://documentation.telestax.com/core/gmlc/GMLC_Admin_Guide.html looking more appropriate now. Much more work pending, but at least now it looks like a GMLC we are talking about.

A number of images are missing from the document in Section 3.3. Please make sure you add them with git add or committed them.

Absolutely @deruelle, as stated, there's a lot pending. As agreed on Friday, I'll resume work on this after taking care of the other remaining issues (unless you propose the opposite, of course).

the plan sounds good to me, but I think we can just add the images so it doesn't look broken on the documentation website.

No missing images now @deruelle (moreover, that section was still talking about USSD Gw testing, not GMLC). I still can not close this issue though, more work pending, but other issues are more critical at this time.

Latest commit also closes this issue as for milestone 1.0.0.
