Eliminates confusing code parts more likely belonging to an SMSC and USSD Gateway. Resolves issue #8

@nhanth87 this PR resolves issue #8 which you opened, and additional confusing code I added there in other management classes. There was a little detail in your initial assertion, as MAP ATI does not query an MSC, but the HLR (it was correct though the name of the function was a reminder of conversion to MSC SCCP address for forwardSM). Do you feel comfortable with the changes now?

@vetss do you feel comfortable with the introduced changes and that they resolve the issue?
