What artifacts do you want to create? Can you list those, or should be similar to what one can find now in maven central?

Will the group id stay the same?

As you mentioned before, you prefer to have as less changes as possible -> this will basically touch all code files.

If you want I could procede with this task, we should just clarify as much as possible in advance. :)

hi @valliman i would prefer to work on this in the team, as there will be structural changes to the repo, and this may affect several projects..

For you i think it will be better to start involve in actual SIP traffic cases, so you get the feel of SIP. I can suggets some opened tickets for you like:
