We need to add support for JBOSS 10 (WildFly) for both JSS7 stack and RA

As for draft versions with updates for WildFly 10.1 is available in branches "jain-slee-3.x-2" for both JSS7 stack and RAs. Binaries arte compiled in https://mobicents.ci.cloudbees.com/view/SS7/job/Restcomm-jSS7/84/ https://mobicents.ci.cloudbees.com/view/SS7/job/Restcomm-JAIN-SLEE-jSS7-RAs/39/

We can test them.
