We have now a functionality when TCAP DialogTimeout occurs we just kill a local dialog but does not announse a SS7 peer of this event (no message us sent).
We need to send TC-ABORT message to specify the abnormal dialog termination. TCAP spec does not provide a special error cause for this case. So the most probably we need to send
empty TC-ABORT
TC-ABORT with ABRT-apdu (abort-source == dialogue-service-provider (1))
