Change call control icons on mouse over #127

Currently when on a call, the call control buttons are not changing on mouse over, causing a bad UX, since the user is not sure wether clicking will produce any action or not.

It should change (opacity and/or color) to be more clear. Additionally, icons can have different colors depending on their state (eg, when audio or video is muted, should be red or so).
