Align restcomm-web-sdk with webrtcomm's new error event during call #78

Webrtcomm introduced WebRTCommCallEventListenerInterface.prototype.onWebRTCommCallErrorEvent with https://github.com/RestComm/webrtcomm/issues/31 and we need to consume it for correct error handling
