New brand name needed. RestComm does not fit this project as it is a complete standalone project not running on top of RestCommOne.

Proposed Open-SKY SBC, as for our project code name . Please feedback @deruelle @marca56

as we discussed Restcomm is the platform name, so that's fine to keep it.
