Fixes for 339 and 340 #341

Suggested fixes for https://github.com/RestComm/sip-servlets/issues/339 and https://github.com/RestComm/sip-servlets/issues/340

as mentioned we need to execute TCK and sipsevlets testsuite to identify if this may be merge without breaking any existing contract/behavior.

Aprt form your own testing? have you conducted any other kind of testing (sipservlets testsuite..)?

I was only focussing on my tests as I didn't have time / resources to run the full TCK. Agreed it would be good to have tests that execute these scenarios and also validate the full TCK.
