Use xmlstartlet to configure the SMSC (similarly to how it is done in mediaserver docker image https://github.com/RestComm/mediaserver-docker).
Configure the files in /opt/Restcomm-SMSC/jboss-5.1.0.GA/server/default/data like cassandra ip and port.
This issue will be tested manually.
