Controller don't work #147

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When run an ISO classic controller don't work neither GC or Wii Controller, 
except the Home Button

same problem. In menu works great, but in game doesnt. I tried everything. I 
have clasic controller and remote with nunchuck.
