Update Chinese translations and upload untranslated string table #238

This pull request includes the following changes:

  1. Updated Simplified Chinese translation
  2. Updated Traditional Chinese translation
  3. Created a file for untranslated strings

This commit provides complete translations for both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and creates an untranslated template for use with other languages.

The translation template was automatically generated using https://github.com/cmradix/WoWLocaleTool
