Allow some alternative flow for raids/dungeons #246

I'm on a low pop server, so getting dungeon together is kind of hard at lower levels, also I could skip them, but I've noticed it's harder to get back in the guide later, possibly based on level...

What I'd like is an option (once I have all the dungeon quests that are pre-requisites) is to have a button or something that says proceed to dungeon.

I'd also like the guide to give me some kind of a "dungeon early" option... so that I can use it to interrupt and get the pre-req quests as fast as possible from where I am, and detect if I'm in the dungeon without all of them, and do what I can.

I think I've realized what I want here, I want a dungeon guide to be able to work like a "rune guide" meaning I want to be able to select it separately, and perhaps start it earlier. Integration is also a nice option for both runes and dungeons
