When trying to install the plugin using rake db:migrate_plugins I get error undefined local variable or method 'acts_as_taggable' for #Class:0xb771872c

Thanks for the feedback. I have updated the README to include the location where you can download the ats-as-taggable-on plugin that this plugin relies on.
