Redmine doesn't keep journals on the wiki, only on issues.
But it keeps differences of the text itself anyway. If it cannot store anything but text (which is something I would hardly believe), then the old {{tag(...)}} behavior was more convenient (like the categories in mediawiki).
It cannot store anything but text. The old {{tag}} behaviour did include versioning because of this, but I can't do tag suggest that way, which I needed to prevent tag pollution.
It might be possible to store the old tags on the previous version by just simply modifying the already-versioned text to just tack on the #tags at the end of the old body.
Tag changes should be displayed in wiki history.
