Make it obvious when event has precise start location and when it doesn't #249

Ideally we want all events to have a google map link that points to exact location, but sometimes events can be created without this "luxury" for various reasons. We should at least make it obvious when location can be trusted and when it cannot be and when flyer must be opened.

One of the options is to show a label "precice start address" and when address is approximate show a circle like this one: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/circle-simple

I think we need 3 labels:

@Me4ta I think as far as racer concerned we need just one – registration location (where should I drive 5am in the morning), but also we need to reinforce if that location is "precise" meaning just copy-paste or open in Google Maps or NO.

Start Location is not important at all, since they will figure it out at the race most likely.
