Add "New" badge to event if it's new for the current year #269

When NCNCA Calendar publishes event that is brand-new it would be nice to mark it with special badge, so it can indicate that. This could potentially make it easier to spot new races for racing community during early stages of season planning.

Those events should have a description explaining what this even is all about.
