Support both Collegiate and USAC event types in filters #283

Some events (exmaple https://rcn.io/events/evt-ncnca-2017-wccc-cal-berkeley-streets-criterium-collegiate-usac-HyuZkJgF5Qx) can be both Collegiate and USAC. We would need to support that.
