Facebook Integration #29

This is draft.

We discussed integration with Facebook Groups for some events that are getting used for planning attendance. It would be nice to link a particular event to a particular facebook group so we can see "who is coming" and maybe post important event updates to the group (like if event got cancelled by NCNCA).

Brief look suggest that we can receive members of the group and event post to the group, but some actions require some additional Application review, and this process is unclear yet

To use the user_managed_groups permission you need to submit your app for review.

@Me4ta this is where you can help if you have time to see what is the process of submitting an app for review and what is it for (like is it only for "Facebook apps like Zynga has")?
