Price breakdown for the races to justify prices. (Permit fees, USAC fees, NCNCA, etc)

I think it's pretty different for each race. And it's not so important.

@Me4ta I think it's not different. Most people do not understand why races cost what they cost. Justification would help people to understand that they are paying for "good things" rather than "making some dude super rich" and therefore might bring (indirectly) more people to events.
