Popup disappears before an action can be taken

The following issue happens with both v0.6.9 and v1.7. Tested using restyaboard inside docker and Google Chrome web browser. Steps to reproduce:

• Click on any card
• Under actions, choose move or copy card
• Select and item in one of the drop-downs
• Popup will disappear before the action button can be pressed and nothing happens

I've noticed the problem when trying other actions as well.

@daryl-o We have tried to reproduce the issue, but we are not able to reproduce the issue, can you please send us your OS details, Browser details and can you please send us the reproduce steps in the form of video

Our restyaboard servers are running in Docker hosted on a Linux system (both CentOS and Ubuntu). Users are mainly accessing the service using Windows but some are also running Linux. They see the problem with Google Chrome,Microsoft Edge, and Firefox. Also, it seems to affect multiple dialogs (not just the move and copy board buttons). I built a generic restyaboard v1.7 on one of our test servers and saw the problem right away. The problem can be avoided by tabbing between the drop-down menus and using the arrow button. Once an item is clicked, the window disappears. Unfortunately, I currently don't have a way to capture and upload a video displaying the problem. If it is needed, I'll see what I can do.

My steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Select any card
2. Click on Move or copy
3. Select one of the two drop-down menus.
4. Click on a choice
5. The window disappears and no action is taken

If I tab through and use the arrow key to change the drop down, then I can click on the move or copy button and the action is performed.
