People have been busy this week. The christmas season, probably :D

I fixed a few bugs left and right (need to push), and I'm almost done with pthread
We now have a tutorial about how to set up a development toolchain. It will be updated as we go to make sure it takes into account as many of the different setups (Windows, Mac, and the common Linuxes at least).

Anything else ?

I created some pre-built docker images for pegaswitch and Mephisto https://hub.docker.com/r/reswitched/

I did small test with liblua, and it works out of the box, without any changes in code on Switch. And i am still busy adding features to my Doom port. But that might not be noteworthy.
