Rajkosto has made a tool called HacDiskMount for Windows that allows you to mount Switch partition dumps as virtual disks and navigate them like a normal drive. https://switchtools.sshnuke.net/ Though he's said he won't be releasing the source for that one.
He also made a modification to the fusee payload that allows you to dump your BIS keys https://github.com/rajkosto/biskeydump

@ihaveamac made switchfs, WIP FUSE for Switch files, essentially a cross platform version of rajkosto's HacDiskMount.
