Documentation fixes

Fix include:

• Sourceforge is a link to this project on they platform. Similary behaviour added to GitHub link.
• "maximum-scale=1" removed for Accessibility fix recommendation (zooming won't work before)
• Use microtime to update style for future cache busting mechanism (Date.now() in js use right now)
• Lazy load image on footer - Lighthouse recommendation
• Alt tag added - Lighthouse recommendation
• Size of images added - Lighthouse recommendation

Other page can be fixed too. Maybe fully rewrite page in different branch for better overall quality?

@Triloworld Thanks for your contribution! If you have the motivation and time to do further improvements to the pages, then you're very welcome to do so! I didn't work on the layout since a very long time, I just added new content. Above all, the Chinese pages pose a challenge to me, as I don't speak this language at all.
