Future UI: move keyboard layout indicator for improved consistency #81

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Indicators, i.e. status of the program, e.g. “Ready!” and counters, are placed in the bottom row of the screen, while the used keyboard layout is presented in the application banner at the top of the application.

Describe the solution you'd like Present all such information fields in the bottom row of the screen, also the active keyboard layout. This improves consistency in finding indicators.

I moved the keyboard layout indicator down to the status bar. But it's crucial that it contains both parts, language and country. As some strange countries, like Switzerland for example, use several different keyboard layouts (de_CH, fr_CH and it_CH) - one for each "official" language ;-)
