update .gitignore with 2 new subprojects "server", "shared" #1

gitignore hasnt caught up to the new 2 subfolders

Hey! I think this PR is a really good idea, but as well as the build folder I believe eclipse also creates a sub-directory called "/bin" that is in the .gitignore for the other projects similar to "/build". Would you be willing to update this PR to also ignore the bin directory for the new subfolders?
