Repairs return item calls

• [ ] Once merged, create a new commit/PR to change a knight of luclin in bazaar, as it has a handin even without return

To confirm, I will:

• Switch to this branch in GitDesktop,
• Compile based on the branch
• Copy over binaries to DevTest
• Spin up server,
• Test changes, then once confirmed
• Squash and merge
• Create a new release
• Add binaries to release
• Download binaries on server
• Worldshutdown in game
• Stop server
• Copy/paste/overwrite new binaries into Server/Bin
• Start server.
