all minimums should be 1, Maximums on THJ need to be 6.

Also we just need to remove the raid requirements if any are present. THJ especially doesn't support raid groups

All the raid requirements have been removed and replaced with GroupMemberCount().

All minimums are 1.

Added commit for TXEVU that I missed, and will do LDoN after.
