Update items with the following:

[x] Update query on mana/health regen. RC = 1.5x (round up), Apoc = 2x (min +1)
[x] Update query if stackable + tradeskill = stacksize = 100
[x] Update query on Bane Damage. RC = 1.5x, Apoc = 2x
[x] Update query on Elemental Damage. RC = 1.5x (round up), Apoc = 2x (min +1)
