Ensured /usr/local/share/ogst exists before making flag file. #7

I noticed that /usr/local/share/ogst did not exist on my build and thus the flag file to trigger the OGST case display was not being created. Also changed static reference of pigaming home to dynamic $HOME

Yeah our build already has the folder. Are you doing your own build?

Kind of. I'm using the odroid ubuntu-18.04.1-4.14-mate-odroid-xu4-20181203 image so I can use the newer kernel to properly build a driver for my WiFi adapter. Since I'm using a clean Ubuntu image, this folder wasn't previously created which caused the runcommand.sh to not properly detect and use the ogst case display. If you're not interested in supporting a standalone install I understand and will close the pull request.

I do want to thank you for keeping this fork up to date though. I stumbled on this after having difficulty building many of the emulators on xu4 with the official RetroPie scripts. This fork of the scripts builds a vast majority of the emulators on the newer kernel without a problem. So it has cut out quite a bit of tinkering for me.

That's cool. What did you do for the graphics driver? We had a build with 4.x kernel and it broke Bluetooth and had performance issues. I'm interested on how your image will perform and if you can get Bluetooth working properly.
