Minecraft Attack and Mario Action Hotkey Confliction

• [x] I reproduced the bug without any other mod's except forge, retro64 and it's dependencies
• [ ] The game crashes because of this bug

Bug Description Having the Minecraft attack and Mario action on the same hotkey will cause conflictions with each other, preventing the player from using vanilla Minecraft combat and restricted to Mario's combat.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Controls
2. Go to Keybinds
3. Set the Attack/Destroy and Action Key to the same Keybind (i.e. Left Click)
