Note: I apologize if this is actually a "Controllable" bug, but I suspect that this issue is Retro64 side
Expected behavior:
"Bindings > Add Keybind > +Action Key > Done" should add the Action Key binding to the bindings menu.
"Bindings > Add Keybind > +Retro64 > Done" should add the Character menu binding to the bindings menu.
"Bindings > Add Keybind > +Toggle... > Done" should add the Toggle binding to the bindings menu.
Actual behavior:
All options add only the Character menu binding to the bindings menu.
As a result, you cannot punch or change modes using a controller.
