Can't shift click or right click to put on caps #190

When in the inventory you can't shift click to wear any caps, and when holding a cap in your hand you can't right click to put it on.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have cap in inventory
  2. Shift click on cap when not wearing any helmet

Minecraft 1.19.3 and mod version 1.0.13

This is pretty annoying when trying to quickly switch caps.
