Upgrade to sapphirejs #106

Discord.js Command is deprecated. Upgrade to https://www.sapphirejs.dev/ This allows to upgrade Discord.js to > v12.

Worth noting that the upgrade from commando to sapphirejs and from discord.js v12 to v12+ must be simultaneous. sapphire doesn't work with v12 and commando doesn't work with v12+.
