Hubs List Formatting #1505

The main Hubs page (Hub List) shows achievements/points/etc like normal games pages instead of how the other hub pages are formatted along with the dropdown for games with(out) achievements

Ex. Hubs image

I would expect this to follow the formatting of the other hub pages Ex. Central image

Also some hubs include things that do end up having achievements/badges but I don't know of any cases where a hub gives points so the points being displayed on these pages also seems unecessary. Ex. Developer Events image

This is a side-effect of Hubs being a misappropriated console. The Hubs list is just a list of all games for console 100, whereas hub pages are specifically written to have a unique format.
