chore: add translation for de_DE

The first Version of the German translation with the help of @someGermandUdE

I expected de_DE in particular to break a lot of things, especially on mobile, but it holds up pretty well. I've only spotted one issue that may be worth mentioning:

Any possibility that the text for the 3rd button shown here can be tightened up ever so slightly? The UI handles what's currently there well enough, we just lose the icon.

We managed to short it to "Globale Rangliste abgeschlossener Spiele", also the code of conduct translations are more specific and we both agreed to leave them at is for now (oh man i just noticed the sheer amount of small mistakes i made while translating the file, im incredibly sorry yall ;-;)
