6 months ago I'll close this thread because i've found the solution: The controller profiles were accidentaly updated ando now the Autoconfigure controller option in ES Games Settings menu works flawlessly. Sorry for open it.
Start and select button mapping are inverted ingame. You can notice this when you close the core with Hotkey+Select and not with Hotkey+Start. I've tried with several controllers and the issue remains. This issue happens when you use any Retroarch core, but with any standalone emulators works correctly. I've checked if there was an issue by autoconfig files on RA and i've tried to remap Start and Select correctly. It works only ingame, but if you want to close RA, you must use Hotkey+Select.
