Windows 8.1 support? #10

Why no Windows 8.1 support? It's still supported by Microsoft.

only 64bit versions of Windows are currently supported. if you have Windows 7/8.x with 64bit it should work - I just can't test.

Even for Windows 10/11 64 bit versions only. The limitations are based on recent changes that require addressing more than 4gb of memory.
