Add Default Gamelists and Artwork to RetroPie Menu #10

A nice touch to the retropie settings menu emulationstation would be to ship with artwork for the menus along with descriptions of each setting. Rookervik said he'd be willing to do the artwork for the default carbon theme.

The theme installer would need to be modified slightly to include the default artwork (or we would need to just include it with the image)

this is an example of the nbba theme and how it might be done (TEST AT YOUR OWN RISK!)
