I'm not sure if I'm doing this PR correctly but... This request is for artwork for PC-FX in the Carbon Theme https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/PC-FX

to use the existing branch, you need to rebase your work over uptream/master - but it sounds like your need to do some reading.
