Adding ResidualVM to theme. Colors taken from program's web site. Used Manny Calavera for the controller since he's the main character of Grim Fandango... one of only 3 games supported by this emulator.

There were some merge conflicts so I manually fixed them and added your changes (https://github.com/RetroPie/es-theme-carbon/commit/d804d1116171aa045d4462247c84097db478ddb7). thanks :)
