Created New versions of: Atari Lynx Sega SG-1000 Vectrex VideoPac/Odyssey2 VirualBoy Game & Watch Wonderswan Wonderswan Color

Added missing Genesis theme (copy of MegaDrive). Split PcEngine and TurboGrafx16 into separate themes with different console graphics. Replaced the German only version of PcEngine with an English one.
