Fixed Windows build script #55

Hey @thunder2, I was wondering if the steps in the ReadMe for RSNewWebUI for windows setup are up-to-date. I would love to setup on my windows with the updated script.

The files build.sh and build.bat (from my PR) seems to be up-to-date. I didn't check the qmake project. It is using build.sh which is not working on native Windows commandline without MSYS2. The build steps for Retroshare to use WebUI are correct. I could create a working version with enabled WebUI. When the PR is merged I will add a new switch to the native Windows build script to enable the WebUI.
