feat: added more options in files tab in Config section #78

One more thing, I forgot to add JSON api doc for two of the methods which I used in this PR. getQueueSize() LN:729 and setQueueSize() LN:735 in rsfiles.h libretroshare.

I will send a PR for it later, and will add more docs if in case there is a method without docs which I need to implement.
