Make it possible to increase the UI scale #2868

I have a high resolution monitor, elements in the UI are small. Most apps on my MX Linux are displaying correctly, while others are have small elements not respecting the 2x scale i applied to the system. Same problem here anmd here

As you can see the parts in the middle has small font and it's tiring to see. It would be perfect to increase the overall UI scale like in Sniffnet or Blender
