Bug : Fix First time signed Identity Issue & some More Bugs #47

Commite Changes

Users can only make signed identities when they first time create a node.
Change the position of the dialogue box in the QR Screen.
Fix Bug of duplicate people identity coming in the Friend Tab.
Updated the sign screen && launch screen by removing import Identity Button.
Now we can able to fetch the image from the retroshare service.
Added lint package and apply it at all the screens.
Formatted the whole codebase using the flutter format . command.

im back from vacation maybe can test next week, if all working now better then before.
