Inconsistent use of time format #1

image.png Based on the top part of the picture, time should be entered as HH:MM:SS, but the "Valid:" input below shows an input as HH-MM-SS. After testing in the system, it uses HH:MM:SS, which is the more logical format anyway, so it is not a very major bug.
