Hello there, love your addon so far!

Feature Request:

Add a selector in the options to change the bar texture.
Furthermore, maybe even individually for Health, Power, Enemies, Friendlies, Player, ...

I would suggest to stick with the regular selection, unless of course you want to add your own flavor whichever you think fits best.
