Gem Upgrade NPC doesn't work #15

You can use the Gem Shopkeeper to upgrade three lower quality gems to one higher quality gem. (i.e. Three Topaz to one Opal)

You have to pay for that lime and platinum.

Currently the Gem Shopkeeper doesn't accept gems/plats
