Fix IP not removed from Ban if ban period expired #7

After being banned, blocked IP was never unbanned. Got to pull SecRule #22100015 up, and reset ip.wprs_login_attempt

This fix works for us, IP was never unbanned. ModSec 3.0.4 with Nginx.

I've included your changes on v1.2/dev branch v1.2-RC1, could you check it?
